When I take a moment here, I reflect about what is important to me: my health, my children, and all the other facets of my life. The moments I dedicate to myself allow me to be there for myself and to appreciate the life within me. Life is beautiful; it is full of activities, pleasure, and special times with the people I love. I want to be healthy so that I can fully take advantage of the time I spend with them! I have so many dreams and challenges and I hope that we can fulfill many of these together.
After a busy day, I like to stop and do a few minutes of yoga in the small space I have dedicated to relaxation. I chose my carpet and cushions according to the Zen spirit I wanted to evoke through them. Orange tinted lights help me to refocus on my body and mind.
Music has always held an important place in my life and it was obvious to me that it would need an important place in my space. I listen to all types of melodies and I love to surround myself with musical instruments. The mandolin represents the harmony and balance that I have decided to integrate into my life and the tam-tam conjures warm and exotic rhythms.

I love the vitality that comes from relaxing in my bath. I look outside, far away, and I let myself be swept away by the invigorating energy provided by the trees and nature. I never tire of observing the movement of the leaves blowing in the wind. I dream of traveling, of encounters, and mountains! My space allows me to travel within myself and the discoveries I make are wonderful and full of knowledge.
