To my family,

Having the people I love around me brings me such joy. I feel privileged to walk this path accompanied by my sweet treasures: you my darling, gentle and present, and my children – my beloved little sunbeams.

When we take a moment together to pause, I feel so spoiled. Following these difficult few years, my work and my sport activities keep me very busy and do me a world of good. I love to pamper you!

I can feel my body aging and the stiffness in my muscles is sometimes hard to get rid of.  I must take care of myself, of my body, and of my mind because I have so many challenges to fulfill. I am aware that I am constantly in movement, but when we are all together in this room, we take advantage of the present moment to stop and cherish the life that is within each of us. This also allows us to be present for one another.

My sweetheart, after a busy day at work, thanks to the ­Vedana, you stop for a moment in this special space to relax and renew yourself with a fresh energy. You add your own mix of essential oils, as only you can, and I too benefit from these charming smells. They truly calm and appease me!

Movement reigns in and around me. I become conscious of the movement within me when I take a moment to watch the waterfall and the mobile. I really reflect when I am in this room. It is the place where my ideas become clear.



My sweet last born! You love it when your daddy massages you! We make the most of this moment by laughing, hugging and telling each other how much we love one another. Then, hop! While your mommy dresses you for bed, I jump into my AMMA ThermoMasseur. I take this opportunity to appreciate life and to relax my mind which is so often preoccupied. I am able to clear my mind and to be at peace.

After stretching my back on the Espalier, I find my better half and we take advantage of this time together to enjoy my latest culinary delights and to listen to music!


In short, this room helps me to refocus because it is full of life and smiles!
