A  Relationship with Yourself
and with Us

We would like to meet you. Without knowing your name, your origins, your profession, your past or your aspirations. Right now, at this very moment, we are looking to find you in a space that has no location.

What we are suggesting is a way for you to develop a relationship with yourself as well as with us. The uniqueness of this magazine does not rely on its content but rather on the internal dialogue it seeks to awaken in you. The fundamental intention behind My Inner Space is to experience together a certain openness and in this way to contribute to everyone’s relaxation, health, and well-being. We have decided to organize our reflections by means of the four fundamental elements: earth, air, fire, and water. Through these themes, we are offering you a relaxing break as well as the freedom to discover the topics that inspire you.

This first "chapter" focuses on water in order to initiate introspection into the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic dimensions that it triggers in the individual. In the following pages, we are not merely juxtaposing experiences, but rather suggesting a path to follow constantly moving from the interior to the exterior. Thanks to the knowledge that will be shared with you and the personal questions that will be raised, you will be able to choose to nourish your body, your heart, your mind and your soul at your own pace. Your journey will be unique; the choice is yours! From publication to publication, your choices will determine your own ever-evolving path towards a better state of well-being. We are convinced that this transformation on an individual level will lead to a collective improvement.

We are at a global crossroads where man’s authority over others and over the environment seems to be the primary force guiding his actions. However, we believe in the force of inner strength, the very strength that allows us to distinguish, regardless of the circumstances, between actions taken just for oneself and those with a more global objective. Through our humble contribution, we wish to participate in the unifying of the life forces present in each one of us and which unite us to life in order to perpetuate it.

Thank you for moving forward with us.
